Thank you for your story. it was very gentle and helpful. I am really glad you have been here to share with this forum. You've had a miraculous experience. i want to do as you've done. I want to try a longer fast in a bit, when this is over,and eventually do a 40-day fast. I am glad you are feeling a bit better (?) Hope this is continuing now. You say the nausea is diminishing , so that must be a relief. And you are still tired but it seems like that is just your body readjusting after the whole nausea episode. Please keep posting.
