It's my second week of candida cleanse. I'm hungry!!! Right after I eat I'm hungry even. I'm not sure if its the candida diet that I try to follow (although I've been trying to follow it in some form since Labor Day) or if it's the candida cleanse.

I hate to eat more than I usually do in the case that this is not real hunger. Not sure what to make of it. Actually, it's usually when I eat my boring diet food that I feel hungry. I bet I wouldn't feel as hungry if I cheated...so maybe it is just the candida lying to me that I'm hungry because it's dying.

Actually, other than that, I haven't felt too much different on the Candida Cleanse. The only thing was I got constipated and thereby and a stomach ache the other day. I don't want to say if the actual candida is better since it is always such a come and go thing over months.
