I guess we are all different. I usually get "the runs" about an hour after the first drink. It will ease up about the time I drink the oil, but I have had to wait an extra ten minutes. For me the key to a successful flush is to lie as still as possible on my right side for at least an hour. This might not hold true for most people, but I get better results and less nausea if I am still. Last night I left my front door open so my dogs could come and go and not disturb me. Foolish perhaps, but I live in a very rural area and feel safe.
