There have been nights when I made the drink twenty minutes before time to take it. I don't think a quick sojourn in the freezer would hurt the drink at all. The most important factor in timing is to take the oil mixture within the time frame that has the biliary ducts still relaxed, but the diarrhea largely over. I say do whatever works best for you.
