I have a bottle of BF&C tincture I bought from Uniquity on curezone that has the comfrey and I think I have some of the BF&C oil, but no dry herbs. I'm in a town with very little natural remedies available. I may have time to order some before the baby comes, although I am 39 weeks.

I read on another post that red raspberry with a little composition powder eases the afterbirth pains tremendously. I have red raspberry tea, but I can't remember what the composition powder is. My books are packed up since we're moving. I had horrible afterbirth pains with my last baby and do not want to go through that again. Can you refresh my memory on the composition powder and perhaps I can order some.
