For Hulda's recipe, I didn't realize that we aren't supposed to drink from 2PM onwards (coupled with no eating) -- I think I am misunderstanding this and what it means by 'drink' is anything other than water -- right?

It sounds ridiculous to not drink any water until 4 hours later. Dehydration cannot possibly help the process. I've already did the Liver Flush once and I didn't follow the no drinking rule (only eating). And it went great.
