Hi,

I am worried sick - It is very emotional and stressful to even write this post but here it goes;

I have noticed my teeth are going yellow and the teeth also appear to be shrinking in size too.

This has all happened in a period of just a few months (year at most). I guess I was in denial at first but its getting worse

All the teeth feel rough to the touch - its almost as though the enamel/teeth are withering away before my very eyes.

My dentist retired so I have been to 2 new dentists for their opinion but this has proved fruitless as they have not been able to resolve the problem.

First of all I need to know what I can do to "halt" the deterioration - and then secondly I want to heal my teeth naturally - I think that "should" be possible and am prepared to do whatever it takes.

I have been under huge emotional stress and think it is linked and am doing all I can to "destress" but of course seeing my teeth is making me worse.

What can I do to halt the condition?

I read on this forum about sesame oil - can it help in this situation? If so, is it the same "organic cold pressed sesame oil" that I can buy in the supermarkets or does it have to be some "special" version of this oil?

Note: I have a great diet compared to most - no processed foods, and eat lots of natural organic whole foods etc
