The Hygienic System was my first and most reliable source of study which then encompassed other great works from the likes of Tilden, Shew, Dewey, Carrington and so on.

Once u begin, it is difficult to stop, as your appetite for knowledge can become insatiable: especially if you have had a life-threatening disease as I did.
