It took about 9-10 months for my periods to get back to normal. Feeling better every cycle. Except during my period I get muscle spasms and twiching. Anyone have any idea what is missing in my body to cause this? Supplement of some sort. I take vitamins and minerals and wonder if anyone else found something that helps.
