thats the answer I was hoping for!
once i get more organized and get it in to my schedule, i'll probably be able to work it into the mornings... but for now it's pretty sporadic.

turns out i have some agressive cells on my cervix that have to be removed :( everyone keeps telling me its nothing, but i'm having all sorts of symptoms and I can feel 2 bumps that i never used to have... so needless to say i'm a little worried!

When I find some time to breathe, i'm going to read The Gerson Therapy book.
