Do I have to stay laying down the whole time? I can't walk around and stuff if I'm doing a day flush?

I am doing a day flush and It's been about 2 hours since I took the OO+GF. I'm praying this one will get stones out. I have Keratosis pilaris all over my skin and permenantly red cheeks almost all my life.
