My doctor said I should do the castor oil packs to break through these. I did one and while it helped cleanse things a bit, it didn't clear everything out as much as I'd have liked.

How effective are the castor oil packs in breaking through the blockages specifically in the ducts? (He has a machine that can test which part, specifically is inflammed/blocked.)
