thats great news, i was finding it hard to take 21 tablets of mag malate everyday, now i gettin to take 15 a day, i have no tri-boron, but im dowsing for 2 a day, then my mag malate will be down to 2 a day, and that seems to be for my kidneys not alumumium, thanks
