Hello ren,
if this is your first step into water-only fasting (the heading of the forum) then you have just about succeeded in placing your big toe into the bath-tub.

Half a day without coffee or food may feel to be a huge accomplishment, but in perspective, when there are millions of people in the World who do not have enough to eat, and whose only source of drinking water is contaminated, leading to life-threatening diseases, then your post (in my opinion) is extremely flippant.

The Big C has always been referred to as Cancer (a term coined by John Wayne I believe): a life threatening disease for many.
I find your post/s in this thread to be distasteful to those of us who know this to be a very serious subject, that can mean the very real difference between life and death.
