Hello,

First, I discovered when I swam in the ocean this weekend I felt my body detoxing. Good excuse to go to the beach!

However, I got eaten by black flies and started coughing when I got near the sand. I felt sandfleas or flies biting me. What can I do about this? I still feel my lungs congested with sand. My eyes too.
