While my approach might not be 100% nausea-free for every body, I think many people will find it useful. It is actually based on Dr. Andreas/Dr. Clark approach with a little modification. The idea behind it is that I empty completely my stomach AND bowels from any food with an additional salt water flush. This allows the end-result of the cleansing (stones and bile) to go down freely.
