Yeah I passed a lot of solid stuff, but it was broken up. I was also doing salt water flushes and I think this made a lot of the stuff get liquidy. Instead of mixing 1 tablespoon of liquid Bentonite and 1 teaspoon of powdered psyllium, I did 3 or 4 large spoonfuls of Bentonite with a heaping large spoonful of psyllium. Doing this about 4-5 times a day, once a day for 3 days I was passing a lot of stuff. I'm only 18 so I assume my mucoid plaque is much less then most of the others on this forum.

Either way, I'll keep doing the B&P after liver flush.

What comes first: the mucoid plaque or the stones?

Also, which is more likely to cause my problems?
