It is fine that you do a liver flush.

However, just a few days of P and B shakes is not nearly enough to do a bowel cleanse. //www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=105&i=979

Also, see the pictures of what people pass when they are doing the P and B shakes. This stuff can be picked up with out falling apart and some times is like rubber off a tire.
