I am doing my first flush today to try and relieve chronic flushed cheeks and keratosis pilaris all over. I have done about 4 days of P&B Bowel Cleanse with what I thought were very productive results, I passed psyllium today so I'm assuming there's not much plaque left up there.

Anyway wish me luck, I'll post my results on here. Any thoughts on my condition would be great.
