After one month of taking Gold Coin Grass and Liver Flush herbal pills called Stone Free, I did a Liver Flush of olive oil and grape fruit juice. Had a sleepless night with some chest pains; in the morning did the distilled water and Sea Salt . However, my bowel movements were "normal" in the morning and nothing else really different the following days. Do I just have to repeat the flush again in a month or so? OR is it essential to do Epsom Salts for it to work?
