I too use to feel sick all night from the OO (Olive-Oil) and Epsom Salts , I took the first Epsom Salts at 6PM about 45 mins later I put two drops of pepermint oil on the back of my hand and licked it, I imagine you could follow it with a few sips of water...then at 8PM I took the second epson salts, followed by the OO (Olive-Oil) at 10pm and I slept like a baby, no sick feeling at all.
