My own theory is that because our bodies are sympathetic dominant, they are like cars with the gas pedal stuck.....waiting for fuel.

Give it a little fuel, and it will use it up quickly.

Therefore, we all need to do things to strength the parasympathetic nervous system.....meditation, breathing exercises, avoid horror and action movies, anything that excites.
