For anyone curious re liponano C, I did start taking it last week due to Dr. Lam's advice. Okay, he did say to start very slowly, but I din' lissen too well. I took about 2 tsp to start & had heart palpitations. I still live though! Now I am taking 1/3 tsp 3X a day and it is won-der-ful. It is pricey, but what is your health worth?
Go slooowly & get healthy.
