Planetary does make some great products although I am not a big fan of the standardized extracts. This should still work though. I would recommend 1 capsule 3 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals.

If you still have powder left a couple of options include capsuling the powder or mixing in some licorice root as another adaptogen and as a sweetener.
