So that everyone know, we already spoke about it together, I've been taking 6 grams of colostrum a day for 2 weeks now and I'm experiencing die-off, with swollen lymph nodes, twitching and weakness.

In my gut, I know it's a good sign. For the first time in years it seems my immune system can fight infections :) I didn't catch a cold in all those years of CFS.

I'm hopeful I'll gain energy from it eventually, once the harsh die-off is over. My head is much clearer than it was already.I will add Lactoferrin as soon as I get my delivery.

Colostrum seems like a pretty awesome product for CFS, thx for the tip deotima, I had no knowledge of this product before you posted about it.

btw, taking it before sleep was a bit rough at first (I had no choice to take my second dose at that moment), but my body adjusted to it, I now sleep better than before.
