There were more besides lectins that I can't remember. Maybe HV can help ?

Lectins are not all bad, and people can have reactions to many things in food including the various proteins, gluten, trypsin inhibitors, histamine, etc.

But autoimmunity still indicates hypoadrenalism, which is not addressed by eliminating these foods. So the food elimination may help to mask the symptoms, but it does not address the underlying cause.
