felt a very slight upward tilt of my energy. Tension/pressure in my upper chest area, and then a sort of tingling feeling in my head. This feeling ran a long the hairline of my forehead on the right side.

Overall I had a rather pleasant reaction to the program. the tingling feeling was not harsh, actually felt kind of nice
