Be careful with chorella. Many people seem to tolerate it well, but some people find it makes them very ill (ie vomiting, severe GI pain)

I'm one of those who cannot tolerate chlorella. One little pill is enough to ensure 6-8 hours of misery. My own feeling is that cleansing is hard on the body and that it would be best to do one cleanse at a time (chlorella is supposed to detox).
