I know Dr Lam does not like Isocort or other glandulars. He says that it stimulate the adrenals too much and will make you worse. It making you feel better temporarily because it is stimulating already tired adrenals. It's like drinking coffee...makes you feel better for a while..but you are beating a tired horse.

Also watch the thyroid support. See section "Low Thyroid Function Due to Adrenal Fatigue"
