This is the kind of talking and thinking that makes me go crazy and feels like tail chasing. I avoid gluten and then rely on nuts and legumes. Only to find out they cause other issues and allergies. Wind up not getting enough protein. Vicious cycle and incredibly aggravating.

What would be a primal diet for you?
