Hi - Do you have anyone you can talk to about this?
If not, have you thought about joining a twelve-step group and/or seeing a counselor for this issue?

For help with the nutritional/supplementation aspects of treating alcohol issues, read "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross. Jurplesman knows a lot about this. You might want to check out some of his old posts, and his articles on his website. I can't remember the link.

I also suggest doing some detoxification. I can tell you more about that if you are interested.
