I actually feel better with the Malt, carbon thingy, Coral calcium, etc. etc.

I don't know how long it goes on either but i do have some relief compared to when i first started. i was a real mess. it is such a process of peeling away layer after layer it can become frustrating but i don't have a choice. but the good news is i can function better, not all the time, but i believe that what we are doing is helping lighten the toxic burden.
