I did yogourt last night with the milk/cream after bringing them to a boil. Let it cool down to right temperature, then introduce starter, mix well, THEN ZAPPED for 10/12 seconds.
Incubation overnight. Will see if it makes any difference from yesterday where I zapped the allready made yogourt.
