Almost.
ACTUALLY, for a double stack, it would be two different synergistic systemics:
a) an azole (itraconazole=sporanox or fluconazole=diflucan)
b) terbinafine (lamisil tablets)
...if triple-stacking, add a local-acting non-systemic, such as natamycin/nystatin/amphotericinB (oral).
For quadruple overkill, regularly add tea tree oil to your bath and fully submerge in it to massacre any skin fungi.
...as to fungicidal/fungistatic, there's no such clear distinction. Each strain of C. albicans, other Candidae, or Aspergillius will vary in the way it reacts to meds. The only common denominators are:
a) nystatin is almost never fungicidal against today's yeasts and fungi
b) griseofulvin is utterly useless for Candida and Aspergillius
c) terbinafine alone won't do the trick, but potentiates azoles, bypassing azole resistance by mechanism unknown (and thus is very, VERY useful!)
