this idea is very new to me and im not an anatomy expert by any means but apparently alot of the third world countries/eastern cultures etc etc do this, and have in-ground urinal-type toilets for squatters, although i'd be very interested if anyone can confirm that hugging your knees while on a sitting toilet does the same thing,

although one thing i can already see is that squatting utilizes the gravities pull lol. idk
