i bought a botte of liqui-kelp cause I couldn't find Lugols anywhere and it says four drops aday which is 150mcg which hardly seems like anything to me. How many Mcg's should I take a day. I feel I'm Iodine deficent, no energy, low body temp, (96.2-96.6 degrees). any suggestions??
