I wasnt on it long at all, maybe I took like 50 caps. but  do it till you feel better, if I was back in the pain full blown I would take what it says on my bottle six caps two to three times a day.more if you want till I felt better. who knows I could have had a fungal uti also going on I wouldn't doubt it.   its funny you said that you have digestive and sinus issues that is exactly what is going on with me well after the bladder kind of clearing up I was able to  and drink then I ended up getting the worst acid reflux in the world so now i can barely eat anything a day if I eat at all. what are your digestive issues?? and I also have a bad sinus infection that I do not know what to do about going on for a month and half. have an appt tommorrow to get some cultures to see if its bacteria or fungal. THis is so out of hand one major thing after another, in so much pain I want to blow my head off. I'm at the point were yes I have now experianced it all with candida, every symptom imaginable and I see no end to this... I mean I was on the diet for a month and half when this hit! I thought I would stop getting ill so much but no...
