Thanks Baldur, I am going to get a Neti Pot. I've tried everything before, a Salt/Peroxide solution in a dropper for the nose and I do Perox my ears often, but I've heard so many good things about the Neti Pot. I think I need a good amount of wash poured in there instead of the little bit I was doing before.

A map of the sinuses would be good to have to get an idea what we are all dealing with, but may be hard to find because things like that are usually Quack-Protected on the internet..

Dumb question, does the liquid ever get stuck in your sinuses and hard to come out? I'm wondering because there were times before when my sinuses were plugged and inflamed and I used drops but it seemed like all of it didn't come back out.
