vit d is different than iodine for example. first, it is really more of a pre-hormone. not wise to dabble with. second, as one elightened posted put it the other day in the Rife forum, D3 supplements are little more than "aids in a bottle" due to the suppressive effect on the immune system. the truth is still hiden on this one. for now.
