Massage in general is problematic for those with advance adrenal weakness as it can lead to toxin overload if too much lymphatic draining and further muscle tearing if too deep. Back massage is potentially worse as it further stimulates the sympathetic nervous system , leading to adrenaline rush and fatigue, especially if the back is bend backwards. Be cautious !!
