that sounds like an infection. EC shouldn't be accompanied by pain, just growing skin. Try an anti-histamine. I think i've had this before but not all over the lip, just in 1 or 2 particular places. Are the lymph nodes at your neck/under your jaw swollen? I've had this white gunk too oozing out. I researched the whole thing was due to staph that is normally on the skin. Now i keep my lips in good hygiene i don't get it.
