I've been doing a series of coffee enemas-- daily for about a week now. I'm not sure how successful they have been. I don't feel any different but I will say that I haven't had headaches when I typically would.

I would like to add olive oil and aloe vera or a combo of both to one of my enemas in exchange of a coffee enema. How exactly do I do this? Do I just pour the olive oil in my bucket? I think I can just add the aloe in the water but the olive oil sounds trickier. It seems like I would also have a hard time getting the oil out of the tube afterwards.

Any tips on these types of enemas? TIA
