The shaking...could you describe it? Could it be a blood Sugar issue?

It sounds bizarre, but this is pretty common with adrenal fatigue, as is going to multiple mainstream doctors and them either misdiagnosing you or getting you the wrong diagnosis altogether.

Did the dizziness ever stop between the car accident and November of this year, or was it constant?

I realize you're laid off, but how are you fixed for money?
