Hi

I juice a small beetroot most mornings/or just before lunch. My mix is 1 beetroot, 2-3 carrots, 1 apple, 1 stick clery and a small bunch or parsley. I also add a tablespoon of Olive oil. It tastes great but I also Liver Flush onece a month normally and still getting stones (afetr 15 flushes)
