No, you should take antifungals.

Responsible physicians prescribe at least some nystatin (next-to-useless for killing fungi, but somewhat fungistatic, so points for effort and may even help), or even a short burst of azoles with Antibiotics . For perfectly healthy people without yeast/fungal symptoms, that is.

In some countries, it's even accepted standard procedure to do so.
