I also want to know about the salt water flush. be sure to drink tons and tons of water while you fast. I attempted one a few days ago could only go two days, thought it might help my horrid acid reflux but the sec I put food in my mouth the third day it was just as bad as ever. As it is I limit myself to one meal a day not because I want to but because i have to, the pain is just too much to eat. when the candida is down I think I will be ok but that is a long way from now.  Good luck and  keep an eye on your self, if you get too weak ect.
