So state officials, like all government officials, are always completely truthful?

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

I wonder why they did not say that they had actually seen his original certificate and that it clearly stated that he was born in Hawaii.  That is not at all the same as saying that they have verified that the original certificate is on file.  Even if she or anyone were to make such a statement, it would not serve as one iota of proof, whereas the actual original certificate, which Obama has access to and could have release would serve as indisputable proof if found to be genuine and unaltered.

That's a lie.  Here's Obama's birth certificate and it does show where he was born:

OK, ya got me. The computer generated COLB does state the City, State or Other Location, the Island of Birth and the County of Birth.  But here is the catch.  Those items are all filled in for ALL Hawaii COLBs and actually reflect where the birth certificate was filed, especially in the instance of people born outside Hawaii.  People born outside of Hawaii usually do not have an "Island of Birth" nor a "County of Birth" (such as is the case in Kenya) and so what is filled in is where the certificate is filed.

She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.

I would say that any concerned American citizen has a tangible interest in knowing for certain whether or not their President was born in the United States and is constitutionally eligible to serve as President.   The law referred to was enacted solely to prevent identity theft.  Now what do you think the chances of that happening are when it comes to Obama.

Once again, why has Obama not simply released a copy of his original long form birth certificate, which provides the actual location of birth as well as the hospital and attending physician.  No one has yet presented a plausible explanation as to why he has chosen to hide it, the same as there has been no plausible explanations as to why millions have been spent to keep his school and other records private.  One does not hide something that would be beneficial to them.

I note that you failed to provide a plausible explanation for failing to provide the long form certificate, which Obama could do.  Neither did you provide an explanation of his grandmother's contention that he was born in Kenya or the similar contentions of Kenyan officials.  Why would they possibly lie?  Obama on the other hand, has proven himself to be a liar extraordinaire.

If as you say, you have no access to your original certificate, then it is indeed irrelevant - because Obama does have access to his. He simply chooses to not reveal it.  Again, why could that be?
