The linked post was a certificate of live birth - COB not a BIRTH CERTIFICATE...

My *Birth Certificate* from the state of Hawaii not only has the hospital listed I was born in, but also the delivering physicians name... among many other things a COB does not provide, such as my parent's address, occupations, nationality (U.S. Citizen, etc.), race, RELIGION, etc.

I have copies of my COB as well... and it is not a Birth Certificate.

simple as that.

BTW - I was born in Hawaii before it was a state.

Edit - Newspaper announcements mean nothing... my birth was announced in both of my parent's home town's and regional papers in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
