A Republic is the answer. A government governed by the law.

Hopefully 107 will watch these and learn that a democray is only a temporary government on it's way to an Oligarchy.

I think someone in here was talking about Rome being a democracy and being great, but that person didn't realize what caused the fall of the Roman Empire.
