I think I stop breathing when sleep, but the brain kickstarts it again. Do you think this will be dangerous in the long run? Plus the other night when sleeping, my head involuntarily but violently jerked backwards ( I was sleeping on my right side). I have also had sleep paralysis in the past but not as much now. Any advice?
